• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• 3 to 7 years Proven sales experience preferably in the events management field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Strong negotiation, consultative sales and closing skills.
• Motivated, presentable and positive thinker.
• English and Arabic speaker.
• Responsible for developing target accounts and maintaining and driving new business within Kuwait to increase sales.
• Setting up a sales pipeline to determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies, keeping abreast of the latest upcoming construction projects, and providing excellent after-sales service to retain customers.
• Identifying new sales channels opportunities, and potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications followed by a meeting visits to introduce company services.
• Meeting with key clients, to maintain relationships; negotiating and closing deals.
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential key clients and existing customers.
• Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
• Researching and monitoring competitors’ companies by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, and services success, delivery schedule, selling techniques to determine customer preferences.
