Develop Challenging Work Assignments An internship position involves the development of challenging work assignments that complement the person‘s academic programs. Depending on the person’s major we create a preliminary list of work activities that will fit the needs of one of our departments. Later, when the intern join our team, we review the work activities and modify them according to the interns’ knowledge and personal work/learning goals. The purpose of the internship will be to provide a real-world experience that enables the intern to put everything he has learned into action. Our internship programme can help you gain skills that can be applied to future jobs. It be paid or unpaid depending on the job description you will be performing in the selected department. The supervisor responsible for mentoring and evaluating the intern’s progress will be responsible of putting the length of the internship and the number of hours per week that has to be fulfilled. The supervisor will also provide a frequent feedback on the performance of the intern.
