Our Role

KristiesLab was entrusted with the end-to-end conception, creative direction, design, and execution of
the “Maybe It’s Maybelline – Glam Festival.” From initial concept to on-ground delivery, we managed
every layer of the festival to ensure a seamless, immersive, and high-energy experience that highlighted
Maybelline as the #1 makeup brand in Lebanon and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Creation & Creative Direction: Developed the festival’s narrative and production
    roadmap, bringing a bold, carnival-inspired vision to life.
  • Design & Brand Assets: Produced all event visuals, including stage backdrops, installations,
    signage, photo moments, and on-ground branding aligned with Maybelline’s global guidelines.
  • Venue & Technical Production: Secured the Seaside Pavilion and oversaw all technical and
    aesthetic aspects, including lighting, sound, staging, and décor.
  • VIP, Influencer & Media Management: Coordinated media, influencers, and key guests,
    including headline entertainment with DJ Chloe Kteily and seamless guest flow.
  • On-Site Execution & Operations: Managed hostess selection and training, supervised real-time
    event flow, and handled proactive operational decisions.
  • Integrated Brand Experience: Embedded Maybelline products and messaging throughout
    interactive, high-engagement touchpoints.

    leadership in Lebanon.
