KristiesLab is a strategic marketing, communications and experiential agency working with brands across Lebanon, the Gulf and the wider MENA region.
About the role
You will design for our clients and for KristiesLab itself: campaign visuals, social media content, event branding, print and presentations. As the senior designer, you will take briefs directly, develop the visual direction for campaigns, guide junior designers and check work before it goes for approval.
What you will do
Design
- Develop key visuals and the visual direction for campaigns
- Design social media content: posts, stories and carousels
- Design print materials: brochures, posters, invitations, menus, signage and stationery
- Design event materials: backdrops, roll-ups, step-and-repeats, badges and environmental graphics
- Design advertising for outdoor, press and digital, adapted to all formats and sizes
- Design presentations, pitch decks and reports
Brand work
- Create logos, brand identities and brand guidelines
- Keep each client’s brand consistent across everything we produce
Production
- Prepare final print-ready and digital files with the right sizes, colours and specifications
- Check proofs and follow up with printers and suppliers
- Proofread all text in your designs before sending
Team and coordination
- Guide junior designers and review their work
- Work with the copywriter, the motion team, the 3D team and the account managers
- Present your work in internal reviews and, when needed, to clients
- Keep files organised, named and versioned correctly
What we are looking for
- 5 or more years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in an agency
- Strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (After Effects or Figma is a plus)
- Experience using AI image tools as part of the design process
- Strong typography and layout, in both English and Arabic
- Good knowledge of print production and file preparation
- Able to handle several projects and deadlines at once
- A portfolio showing campaigns, branding and event work
