The commercial history of Salam International as an organization dates back to 1952 when Abdul Salam Abu Issa opened ‘Salam Studio’, the first photographic studio in Doha. From there the business flourished, evolving into the successful company celebrating its 70th anniversary. Throughout the branding of the 70th commemoration of Salam International, we wanted to relate it back to the company’s strong Qatari roots through the arabic calligraphy all the while maintaining it’s high class minimal look.
