Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

Brand Enhancement and Reputation Management:

- Develop and enforce brand guidelines.
- Monitor brand reputation online and address any negative sentiment.
Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve client concerns, working to maintain overall satisfaction.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively implement preventive measures.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Implement marketing tools and analytics to support data-driven decision making.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and deliverables.
Content Strategy and Development:
- Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to shape content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure that content is compelling, accurate and aligned with brand messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
