Role Overview:

As an integral part of our team, the Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction. This dynamic position demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in client management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, outlining key metrics and achievements.

Strategic Planning:

  • Create data driven marketing strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the desired results.
  • Develop detailed marketing plans, including a mix of digital, content, social and traditional marketing channels.

Brand Enhancement and Reputation Management:

  • Ensure brands consistency across all marketing materials and channels in both markets.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines.
  • Monitor brand reputation online and address any negative sentiment.

Problem Solving:

  • Address and resolve client concerns, working to maintain overall satisfaction.
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively implement preventive measures.

Digital Marketing Expertise:

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
  • Implement marketing tools and analytics to support data-driven decision making.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status and deliverables.

Content Strategy and Development:

  • Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to shape content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure that content is compelling, accurate and aligned with brand messaging.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication, copywriting and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and passion for staying updated with marketing trends.
