About the role
You will supervise our teams of sales promoters and hostesses during in-store promotions, brand activations and events. You make sure the team is in place, briefed and performing, that the stand and materials are as they should be, and that reports reach the office on time.
What you will do
Team supervision
- Brief promoters and hostesses before each shift on the brand, the offer and the targets
- Check attendance, punctuality, uniform and grooming
- Coach the team on-ground and correct issues on the spot
- Arrange replacements when someone is absent
- Help recruit and train new promoters and hostesses
On-ground execution
- Visit the outlets and venues on your route and check that each activation is running as planned
- Check that stands, products, samples and promotional materials are in place and in good condition
- Follow stock levels and request replenishment in time
- Coordinate with store managers, venue staff and the client’s team on-site
- Solve problems on-ground and escalate what you cannot solve
Uniforms and materials
- Hand out uniforms and materials before each project and collect them after
- Check that everything is returned in good condition
Reporting
- Send daily reports with photos: attendance, sales, stock and shopper feedback
- Collect and check the promoters’ sales sheets
- Prepare the end-of-project summary for the office
What we are looking for
- 2 or more years of experience in promotions, activations, merchandising or retail, including leading a team
- Able to manage and motivate a team of young promoters and hostesses
- Organised and reliable, with strong follow-up
- Good spoken Arabic and English
- Comfortable with WhatsApp reporting and basic Excel
- Available for evenings, weekends and holiday periods
- A valid driving licence and your own car
