Responsibilities:

Creative Conceptualization and Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop innovative creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand identities.
  • Generate original ideas and compelling visual concepts that effectively communicate key messages and engage target audiences across a variety of platforms.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform and elevate creative strategy and execution.

Art Direction and Design Execution:

  • Provide senior-level art direction and creative leadership to designers, photographers, and other team members, ensuring cohesive and impactful visual storytelling.
  • Oversee and guide the execution of design projects from concept through final delivery, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines, project objectives, and high-quality standards.
  • Produce exceptional visual assets, including but not limited to digital campaigns, print advertisements, social media content, and video productions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including account managers, strategists, and copywriters—to ensure that creative output aligns with project goals and client expectations.
  • Deliver clear and actionable direction to team members, promoting effective collaboration and communication throughout the creative process.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Mentor and support junior designers and interns, fostering their creative growth and professional development.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a high standard of creativity, professionalism, and dedication to excellence in all aspects of art direction and design.
  • Partner with the Creative Director to uphold creative standards, refine internal workflows, and cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with a strong foundation in art direction and visual design, preferably within a creative agency environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative solutions across diverse media, with exceptional attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including the successful mentorship and guidance of junior team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
