Motion Graphics Designer

Job brief

At KristiesLab, we’re seeking a skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Adma office. The ideal candidate is someone with prior agency experience who is passionate about visual storytelling and knows how to translate concepts into dynamic, engaging motion content for digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for advertising campaigns, social media content, event visuals, and internal presentations.
• Edit and animate typography, illustrations, icons, and video elements in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Support the creative team by adding animation and motion elements to static visuals when needed.
• Work closely with art directors and graphic designers to bring concepts to life through motion.
• Stay current on design trends, motion techniques, and platform specifications.

Requirements

As well as being extremely driven and having a desire to develop your skill set and grow with this successful company, the ideal Motion Graphics Designer will have the following: 

• 2+ years of relevant motion design experience in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of composition, visual hierarchy, timing, and animation principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of motion design work across formats and platforms.
