KristiesLab is a strategic marketing, communications and experiential agency working with brands across Lebanon, the Gulf and the wider MENA region.
About the role
You will handle PR and media relations for our clients and for KristiesLab: press materials, media outreach, press events, influencer and PR seeding, and coverage reports. You will work closely with the Communications & Account Managers, the copywriter and the creative team.
What you will do
Media relations
- Build and keep relationships with journalists, editors, publishers and media pages in Lebanon and the region
- Keep media lists and contact databases up to date
- Pitch stories and follow up to secure coverage
Press materials
- Write press releases, media pitches, statements, talking points and media kits
- Prepare briefing documents and Q&As for interviews
- Write award submissions and case studies
Press events and launches
- Coordinate press events, launches and interview schedules
- Manage invitations, confirmations, press kits and follow-ups
- Be present on-ground during events to host media and guests
Influencers and PR seeding
- Identify the right influencers and content creators for each campaign
- Coordinate briefings, PR package deliveries and content reviews
- Track deliverables and results
Reporting
- Monitor media coverage every day
- Prepare coverage reports and post-campaign media reports for clients
Agency PR
- Support KristiesLab’s own PR: press, awards, speaking opportunities and LinkedIn
What we are looking for
- 3 or more years of experience in PR or media relations, ideally in an agency
- An existing network of media contacts in Lebanon (regional contacts are a plus)
- Excellent writing in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
- Good knowledge of the Lebanese influencer and content creator scene
- Organised, with strong follow-up and attention to detail
- Comfortable with clients, media and on-ground event work
