KristiesLab is a strategic marketing, communications and experiential agency working with brands across Lebanon, the Gulf and the wider MENA region.
About the role
We are building our team of sales promoters and hostesses for brand activations, in-store promotions, events and launches. You will represent well-known brands in supermarkets, malls, venues and at events, on a per-project basis with flexible shifts.
What you will do
Sales promoters
- Present the brand and its products to shoppers and answer their questions
- Offer samples and tastings and explain the current promotion
- Encourage shoppers to buy and help reach the daily sales target
- Keep the stand, products and promotional materials clean and well displayed
- Report daily sales, stock and shopper feedback to your supervisor
Hostesses
- Welcome guests and handle registration and guest lists
- Guide guests, media and VIPs during the event
- Hand out materials, gifts and giveaways
- Support the event team on-ground throughout the event
For both
- Attend the briefing and training before each project
- Arrive on time and in the uniform provided
- Return uniforms and materials in good condition after each project
What we are looking for
- 18 years or older; university students are welcome
- Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to people
- Well presented and punctual
- Good spoken Arabic and English (French is a plus)
- Available for evenings, weekends and holiday periods
- Previous promotion, hosting or sales experience is a plus but not required
