On 26 May 2015, as part of the Arab Chinese Business Conference, Fransabank hosted a gala dinner at Phoenicia Hotel to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the signing of the first trade agreement between China and Lebanon in 1955. Madam Lama SALAM, the wife of Lebanese Prime Minister H.E Mr. Tammam SALAM, H.E Mr. WANG Zhengwei, Vice Chair of the Chinese Congress CCPCC (Vice Premier level), Chinese Ambassador to Lebanon H.E JIANG Jiang, Vice Chairman of CCPIT Mr. YU Ping, Vice Governor of Ningxia Autonomous Region Mr. WANG Heshan, along with other high ranking Chinese government officials, Lebanese ministers, diplomats from Arab countries and over 600 company executives from China and Arab countries attended the gala dinner.
