L’Oreal Lebanon – Lebanon 25th Anniversary – Residence Des Pins

Objective

 

To create a prestigious, impactful, and memorable 25th anniversary celebration for L’Oréal Liban that simultaneously achieved three key goals:

  1. Celebrate Legacy & Future: Honor L’Oréal Liban’s 25-year history in the market while showcasing its forward-looking vision, particularly in Beauty Tech.
  2. Highlight Impact: Shine a spotlight on the company’s crucial Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts and enduring support for local non-profit organizations.
  3. Strengthen Stakeholder Relations: Bring together high-profile guests, government officials, media, and partners in a sophisticated setting to reinforce L’Oréal’s position as a market leader and a force for good.

 

Our Role

 

As the appointed strategic partner, KristiesLab was entrusted with the full-cycle management of the 25th anniversary gala. Our mandate encompassed:

  • Planning & Conceptualization: Developing the event theme, guest experience flow, and design concept.
  • Management & Logistics: Overseeing venue selection (the prestigious Résidence des Pins), vendor coordination, and guest relations.
  • Execution: Flawless on-site management, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for over 450 distinguished guests.
  • Public Relations (PR): Developing the media strategy, crafting press materials, and managing media outreach and relations to secure high-impact coverage across local and regional platforms.

Approach & Impact

We engineered an experience that blended L’Oréal’s global brand prestige with local relevance and technological flair.

  • Immersive Beauty Tech Journey: We designed interactive zones that allowed guests to experience L’Oréal’s cutting-edge Beauty Tech firsthand. This included demonstrations of Modiface (virtual try-on), Lancôme’s Hapta (makeup applicator for limited mobility), L’Oréal Paris Colorsonic, and the L’Oréal Professionnel AirLight Pro. This approach positioned the brand as a true pioneer in the future of beauty.
  • The “Impact Wall” Narrative: A dedicated storytelling segment and visual displays highlighted the tangible results of L’Oréal’s partnerships with NGOs, linking the celebration directly to positive social change and women’s empowerment in Lebanon.
  • High-Caliber Engagement: Through meticulous PR strategy, we ensured the event was attended by key media figures, government representatives (including His Excellency Mr. Hervé Magro, French Ambassador to Lebanon), and top industry leaders, guaranteeing maximum press visibility and political endorsement.
