Scope of Work Included:

  • Concept Creation, Strategic Planning & Creative Direction
    Development of the Glam Festival concept, creative narrative, and a detailed production and logistics roadmap to bring the brand’s carnival-inspired vision to life.
  • Design & Brand Assets
    Full design of all event branding and visual assets, including stage backdrops, branded installations, signage, photo moments, and on-ground visuals, aligned with Maybelline’s global brand guidelines and adapted to the local market.
  • Venue & Technical Production
    Securing and managing the Seaside Pavilion venue and overseeing all technical and aesthetic components, including lighting, sound, staging, and décor.
  • VIP, Influencer & Media Management (A–Z)
    End-to-end coordination of influencers, media, and key guests, including securing headline entertainment with DJ Chloe Kteily, guest list management, and smooth check-in and guest flow.
  • On-Site Execution & Operations
    Complete on-ground management, including hostess selection, training, supervision, real-time event flow control from the 8:00 PM start, and proactive operational decision-making.
  • Integrated Brand Experience
    Seamless integration of Maybelline’s products and campaign messaging into the festival environment through interactive and high-engagement brand touchpoints.
